To make it into a “spaghetti like dish, add whole grain noodles to go with it
Sidenote: this meal is packed with protein coming from the ground turkey and beans. The carb source (whole grain) is an additional boost especially as a pre/ or post meal in conjunction with a workout. If I was competing, this would definitely be my meal I would eat a day or two before competition.
