So I see that some of yall out there have been following and doing these WTD routines with me!! high five! If you are choosing to participate in these routines that I teach in my Losin’ It Program, please know that there ARE modifications for a lot of the exercises. The chair is part of the modifications that some of my participants use for particular exercises. Using dumbbells are OPTIONAL.
In this workout, although I am using the chair, I am still doing what would be considered high impact since I am jumping, I am just not taping my hands to the ground, but rather the chair. For those wanting to do the modified version of the jumping, instead of a jump, come up onto your toes extending your body nice and tall and hands reaching over your head!
