  1. You are so inspiring! So if I did this as a workout do I just do 10, 12 or 15 reps of each exercise, then do it all over again? How many times would I need to do it for it to be an actual full workout? lol! Im a beginner!

    • Thank you Keena! Go for 10 reps each exercise for the first round to get a feel of doing all the exercises one after the other. Once you complete the round try to take the max of 2 minutes of rest and repeat again for round two. For beginners, 2-3 rounds is sufficient to feel like you have put in work but not over do it. Check out the D.I.Y (do it yourself) workout tab where I have made specifically beginner/intermediate workouts!!
