What’s for lunch?

On this Monday my lunch I prepared for work includes;

Garden salad;

Croutons

Roma tomatoes

Beets

Cucmber

Cranberries

Raw Sunflower seeds

Balsamic vinaigrette

Protein/Veggie bowl;

Long Grain Rice (chicken flavor)

Normandy steamed veggies; broccoli, cauliflower, carrots

Wild caught Salmon (seasoned with sea salt, pepper, cajun seaoning and basil)

Sparkling grapefruit water
