Upper Body Pool Routine

When I do intervals, they always vary. Sometimes I do Tabata (ratio 20:10), other times its ratio of 30:30 or a ratio of 1:15.

 

This particular routine was 30:30. However I went back to back with each exercise, without any rest.

Exercises included;

DB Jabs

Pec Fly/Rear Delt/back

Triceps Push Downs
