Tuesday Grind


For my warm-up, I decided to see how my body would feel running at a faster speed. I haven’t ran on the treadmill in WEEKS! When I tried the first time, a while back,  I felt ok, but it just didn’t feel right to me.

Today,I started a quick walk and rev’d it up to 6.0 then @ 6.5 mph and I felt great! Finally it feels good to be able to run without feeling like a struggle. Glad I listened to myself and worked my way back up!

Spent my time in the free weight room, hittin those weights!! My muscles are definitely twitching, but I am starting to see my definition come back!

Finished off my workout with a couple sets on the BATTLEROPE!!
