From this title, This is not the diet you were probably thinking of, but trust me, this is the diet we ALL need to make sure we are eliminating out of our lives, because these particular issues below connect and give answers as to why we have habits for everything else we may be doing that is not benefiting us in our health and fitness journey:

  • Overthinking
  • Procrastination
  • Eating too much, or too little
  • Poor food choices
  • Insecurities
  • Inconsistencies
  • Over training/ not exercising enough/ or at all
  • The list could continue

Our health and fitness journeys are psychological!
Our behaviors in our actions/responses speak volumes in our journeys.

Nothing is easy to resolve overnight, but it takes hell of commitment and discipline if it’s of importance to you. I challenge YOU, to eliminate situations that weigh you down. The more weight you carry the harder it is to move your progress.
