Sometimes I just like to throw things together that I know of like! This is a mixture of vegetables: fresh broccoli florets, sweet red pepper, onion, zucchini, and banana peppers with a few of the seeds to add a little spice to it with these kind of vegetables you could throw it in with whole wheat penne pasta, brown rice, OR make it a side having a salmon steak, or grilled chicken breast to go along with it. Some may eat just the veggies!
