Anytime I hear my children speak or get excited about eating something that would be considered healthy, I want to share.
It absolutely serves for hope to parents who may think there’s no light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to having their children eat healthier foods rather than junk. My husband and I have had and still do, have our share battles with the kids when all they want is burger and fries or 🍬 candy.
I believe there should be a good balance but it’s so important to note growth occurs in these pivotal ages and what they eat plays a huge role in that growth based on vitamins, minerals and so much more!
