SUPERBOWL- Health Tip

In light of the superbowl today and any big event. If YOU are hosting, its ALWAYS a great idea to AT LEAST provide a healthy dish or snack for yourself or the friends and family that you invite over.

One good Idea is to have a SUPERBOWL of fresh fruit, maybe some homemade salsa with chips…If you are trying to stay on track no matter what fun and exciting event comes up that you are hosting or attending- Always provide or be looking for something that stays supportive to your goals.
