Spinach Penne Pasta with a twist

8 oz penne pasta; 2 cups baby spinich; 1 c sliced strawberries; 1/4 c dried cranberries; 1/2 salted cashews and 1 c pineapple chuncks
1/2 c evo; 1/3 c apple cider vinegar; 1/4 c plain greek yogurt; 1 tbls dinon mustard; 3 tbls honey; 1/3 c fresh squeezed orange; 2 tsp. Poppy seeds (mix in a jar, shake well)
Cook pasta, drain, add ingredients, toss with dressing.
