SPELL MY NAME SPELL MY NAME!! THE SPELL YOUR NAME WORKOUT…

So today I figured I would do something different away from my routine I have been progressing with in the weight room. I decided, why not, its ok to do something off your regular routine!! Plus it adds a bit of “fun” into the mix, although fun was not part of this workout. LOL

So for today’s workout I tried the “SPELL YOUR NAME…NOW WORKOUT” that I saw on FB. I did not try to cut corners with my name (trying to shorten it). LOLĀ  I stuck to the name of the game…I did however add just a bit of my own into it- Example Burpees- I did Stepboard Burpee Box jumps and squats I used DB’s.

I have posted a video of each of the exercises in the order of my name- ugh

CRYSTAL!! HERE WE GO

C: 30 Squats

 

R: 15 Push-Ups

Y: 10 Crunches

S: 30 Burpees

 

T: 15 Squats

A: 50 Jumping Jacks

L: 2 min Wall-Sit

EWW WEE!!!

 

I am feeling it all over my body as I type- Mission accomplished Lol
