Snack Attack

Sometimes, if we know we don’t have a lot of time, snacks are the best option. However, snacks that are chose can either make or break ya!

Here Is a quick, simple healthy snack, that if you have not already tried, you need to do so.
The complete snack is very low in fats and sugars, high in nutrients and fiber.

I wanted to point out this particular nutritious and delicious snack due the wonderful benefits is gives:

Triscuits, dill and hummus Snack Attack

3 ingredients and the impact they have:

Triscuits– High in fiber- What a couple things do we does? ATTACKS hunger pains=Satisfy hunger longer. Also attacks any “grit” holding on in the intestines and helps clean you out.

Dill– it can ATTACK the gas/bloating you have going on. Dill is a carminative, which is an ingredient that can dissolve gas and keep it moving through the intestines.

Hummus– ATTACKS inflammation- Hummus, Most typically made by combining chickpeas (garbanzo beans), tahini (ground sesame seeds), olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in a food processor. With all of these ingredients blended together you have a powerhouse. One ingredient in particular, Olive oil, is the lead in fighting where inflammation occurs, due to the powerful antioxidants it contains.
