Quantity vs. Quality

Please remember, when it comes to a health and fitness journey, the point of the journey is to make healthy lifestyle changes step by step. Many either do or try to make drastic diet and exercise regimes that it becomes overwhelming and/or the body starts fighting back as a defense because it has been put on a demand it cannot sustain. Some either gain weight back, plus more and/or get injured.
Quality is how you decide to take care of your body. Quantity is trying to do too much thinking it will do you good. Your journey deserves the QUALITY because why would you rush or want to overdue quality?
Train and eat smart and watch quality results start to appear.
