Progress not perfection

I have heard this time and time again, its all or nothing if I do this. Let me tell ya…in the health/fitness/wellness journey, that comment need not apply. If you keep that mentality ESPECIALLY if you are starting out, you are going to have a very tough time and LOOOOOOOOOONG journey ahead of you. Every time you mess up, you will feel like you have to start over, you’re a failure, all┬ákinds of negativity will strike and go through your head and eventually you will say forget it. WE DONT WANT THAT TO HAPPEN!!!

In your journey, what you should be focusing on and starting to notice is your progress. Keeping a regime and sticking to it is the reward called consistency. Consistency is not perfection, but is enough for you to know that you are doing something right by the progress you make.
