Prevent Injury

Never take unnecessary risks when it comes to health & fitness. I have seen or heard of instances where people took the risk of exercising when they shouldn’t have in the first place and ended up hurting themselves. Don’t ignore the signs your body is giving you! If you take that risk, chances are you will be worse off than you were and it will definitely slow down your progress.
Its contradictive or suggested not to workout if you

  • Have not eaten anything all day that will help fuel your workout
  • Battling Vertigo (an imbalance in the inner ear that causes balance issues)
  • Have a previous or current injury that causes pain

This small list is not limited, but just a few examples of cases of when not to exercise.
