prepare your food

This is an example of how I prepare for the next day. I’ve learned and also speaking with clients, if you go without a plan, high chances are things aren’t going to look to good when it comes to food choices.

Shown above is my lunch for my next work day (my food is in the
center aisle/hubby’s some top and on door). Encouraging those of you who
don’t normally pack food for work, to do so. It holds you accountable so
that you don’t make the excuse time and time again that your job provides
food yet the selection isn’t that great meaning it doesn’t help with your
health and fitness goals. make your own food that way you have your own
selection and it’s healthier. Its worth a lil time out your day to prepare!
