I wanted to share just a few of my favorite, what I like to call, POWER MOVES, that I start out with before I transition into other exercises. You may see me do these in my workout video clips, or depending on my clients fitness ability, having them incorporate some power moves in their training program.
- Kettlebell Hip Thrusts
- Medball Slams
- Burpees with Volleyball Jump
The purpose of doing this… it fires up your central nervous system by performing an exercise that involves the whole body in different ways. A power move will help get you alert and ready to transition into your following exercises.
