One of my biggest pet peeves in health and fitness is when people judge others based off of their physical appearance. they will ask themselves or someone else why “she/or he is exercising when they don’t need to be”, knowing good and well if somebody were to tell them they needed to start exercising their feelings would be hurt or they would catch an attitude.
anyone who chooses to do anything health and fitness related it is for a reason, whether it is to lose weight, lose inches, increase weight or just get healthier… it doesn’t matter.
Instead of assuming, get to know the person first before you base judgments. We all have goals and that doesn’t necessarily mean that everyone’s goals will be the same as yours.
