Pasta Casserole
Made by chef hubby
Sliced turkey sausage (cooked separately then added to the mix)
Chopped red/yellow bell peppers
Diced tomatoes
Chopped spinach
Organic penne pasta
Shredded Cheddar & Muenster cheese
Oregano
Basil
Chopped garlic
sliced carrots
chopped onions
Baked @ 375 for 25 min. the next 5 minutes he put on broil (approx. 400-410) to add a “crispy” texture to the top
Yummy in my tummy!
