Stepboard Alternating Side Squat with Overhead Press 3 rounds- 10 reps each side

 

 

 

 

Dumbbell Chest Press with Core Scissors 3 rounds 15 reps

 

 

After workout was completed, about 20 minutes later, could feel my core muscles going through a ‘burning” sensation
