Nutrition is such an imperative part of our success in our health and fitness journey. It’s probably one of the hardest mentally to grasp onto in making the best decisions for your health and fitness journey because there are so many do’s and dont’s out there that cause a lot of people to become confused and/or frustrated causing a lack of focus and discipline in this area. YOUR nutrition does not have to be, nor should it be complex. Its about being smart and being honest in changes that should be supportive to you and your goals.
