So I did this a while back but knew it was time to make it happen for myself and clients.
I posed this challenge to a good friend / client of mine, as the nutritional factor in any health and fitness program is very important. From the food group list they recieved from me, to choose 1 item they could incorporate into their meals/snacks that they would usually look over. I want them to choose not based on taste but because of yhe NUTRITIONAL VALUE it adds to them. Thats the challenge
UGH!!! They smell and taste like dirt BUT because of the plethora of benefits I know it has I am adding to my meals.
Today in my salad i chopped them up pretty well so it wouldnt be too much of a taste shock.
