The thou shalt not eat white rice ever, is incorrect. You CAN eat it, you just don’t want to make it a habit of having it often. In this bowel, I threw in my steamed broccoli and shredded some pan seared chicken breast. I seasoned the chicken with basil, , minced garlic, basil, sea salt & pepper & Szechuan sauce (which its ingredients are hot peppers, onion, ginger and garlic. You most definitely can make it your own! As far as the rice goes, it is optional! But you could also use; jasmine, basmati or brown rice with this dish. Enjoy
