My TRX Workout
Thursday Oct. 21st I did my first TRX workout routine in a while. Its time for me to start “reviving” my muscles!!
I keep my reps/sets to a minimum since this is my first time back doing these kinds of routines/exercises. It allows me to know the next couple days thereafter if I really overdid it, or enough that I feel it in the intended muscles and can still do my functional activities.
