Forgot to share my greens I made for Thanksgiving, and boy where they rather tasty! Turnip, mustard and collard greens.
I was going to use a ham hock for some extra flavor and just so happened the store had ordered some but it never got shipped. Smh so I ended up using turkey ham and Turkey cured bacon and it still was fire!
Red pepper flakes, salt, minced garlic, sugar to dampen down the bitter taste from the collards. BAM!
