Got that head cold, but that wasn’t stopping me from keeping me going. If it was a chest cold, that would be another story….

MAKE IT RIGHT, GET IT TIGHT!!

With me being a mommy now, I wanted to re-capture some of the exercises I did in a circuitĀ a few years ago before I was even thinking about babies. LOL

Burpee hop ups

DB Squat OH Press

Incline Push-ups

BOSU Scissors

I then hit the weight room doing very similar exercises with heavier weights

totaling 3*10 each exercise
