- Chair Power Jack Squats- Allow me to insure I am getting down into my squat
- Kneeling Kickback- If positioning on knees are not an option, place hands on seat of chair (straight arms), feet on floor, in plank position, and raise one leg up and slowly back to the floor-repeat on other side
- Seated Dumbbell Chest Fly- Sit close to front of chair, slightly tilt back, keep arms level with chest as you press forward
- Twist and reach- Twist with the torso!!
