MIRGIT Workout

Today was my free weights day. I like to get my body warmed up and ready to go before I hit the weights. I try to correlate some of what I do in my quick circuit routine, to what I will do in the weight room.

 

10 reps of each below- 1-2 sets

  1. Mtn. Climbers
  2. Box Squat Jumps
  3. Wide Stance Push Ups
  4. Ali Shuffle
