Minor Change Workout

What started out as a full pledge workout with at least six exercises included, turned up to be one exercise turned into one complete workout. I chose Bosu Get up with jumping jacks to make into a full body workout which targeted specifically my legs, core and stabilization.

10 reps-10 sets

Rest ranged anywhere between 30 seconds up to one minute between sets. Obviously as I got higher in to the sets the more I would feel it and the rest increasedt!

Overall although I very much intended to get my workout in even though I did not feel like I made it happen.
