What you will need for the 4Star Fit Book Vol. 2 Program:
- Pair of Dumbbells or water bottles/jugs –
- Dumbbell weight depends on your current fitness level- can range as low as 3-5lbs or as high as 10-20lb for certain exercises
- Chair (no wheels)-Used for any modifications or assisted exercises when needed
- Medicine Ball (range from 4-10lbs) OR Pillow- One you are comfortable with using for a workout
