Diced tomatoes, hot peppers, garlic, white onions, celery, carrots, corn, green beans, okra (optional), peas, lima beans (or a bag of mixed vegetables) tomato paste, water, cinnamon, oregano, rosemary, celery salt, sea salt and Fresh kale. You can also put lean stew beef in it. I add noodles when it’s done. Let it simmer and marinate for about 4 hours, then WALLA!!! Mmm, Mmm goooooooood
