Talk about drop it like its HOT! Doing BOSU squats, just tapping the butt to the BOSU makes your thighs, butt and core WORK!!!
If doing this exercise its very important (because your going deeper into a squat) that you’re not falling forward or breaking the chain meaning hips roll/tuck under as you squat. Keep the core tight, set butt back to allow hips the space to lower into squat.
