K-Chain Exercises
This was my FIRST time in a LOOOOOOOONG time doing a routine with the K-Chain (using #45lb bar)
Although I know a good amount of exercises I stuck with just a few I felt most comfortable with today!
Today I felt STRONG. I started on the treadmill for a warm-up at 6.5-7.0 mph for 5 minutes! I knew just from that, my workouts are working and my patience has been worth it. I’m sticking with it! Today was free weight exercise day, so I wanted to start with the K-Chain first then work my way into the weight room.
