Whats up yall?! Another one of those days where I struggled to get myself going….AND I WORK IN A GYM!! LOL Hey it happens to us all… But i chose to break through the barrier and make it happen.
I got a 10 min run in then a quick yet effective Jump Rope interval session in.
BTW- Jump Rope is a GREAT way to put in some work- It torches calories, challenges the entire body and gets you right and tight!
Today I did 1 minute intervals with 1-2 minute rest periods- 5 rounds
Those who are not able to jump, do a pseudo jump rope modified- march in place and get the arms going. You can also do this in interval form. Make sure to get those knees up and keep your core tight and you will be sure to feel the burn!
