Jump Rope Routine

I like to switch up things every now and then, so I did just that with this jump rope routine. Works my balance, ankle strength along with the obvious total body work and getting the HR up!

Exercises I did to complete this routine-

**I performed 25 total jumps for each exercise

  1. Dbl. Foot Jumps
  2. Jumping Jacks
  3. Ali Shuffle
  4. Front to Back Jumps
  5. High Knees

If you choose to try this routine, it can be made into an actual workout (e.g- repeating in multiple sets) OR use one or two full sets as a warm-up to Segway into another workout you have to get pumped up for.
