In order to get change, you have to make change!
For those of you who just don’t see themselves progressing with their workouts…You feel like you are putting in the work but nothing is coming out from it?
One thing I tell my clients is….one of the main reasons you will NOT see yourself get better at something is when every time it starts to feel challenging, or you feel that burn and you automatically want to STOP! NO NO NO!!!!
When you start feeling that challenge, that’s your body’s way of telling you its going through that demand in change! If every time you stop or quit when you start to get challenged, YOU WILL NEVER GET BETTER!
Staying in your comfort zone will not help you, only keep you right where you are…
IN ORDER TO GET CHANGE, YOU HAVE TO MAKE CHANGE!
