If you know you limits you can stay on track…


Got my workout in today but where I found the motivation to do so I have no clue but I’m glad I got over the hump and made it happen because I feel good afterwards!!

Before I even started my workout I was asked by someone do I eat perfect all the time and I looked at them and said HA! I have Ben and Jerry’s mint chocolate chip ice cream in the freezer.

I suppose that must have allowed them to see a side of me they thought didn’t exist because they were happy to hear me say that.
I let them know that my body is my temple so yes the majority of what I eat is going to be healthy and yes youll see me gettin it in in the gym, but I do from time to time like to have my burgers and fries and my Ben & Jerry’s ice cream & there is nothing wrong with that. As a matter of fact I think I may have a few scoops of ice cream before I go to bed! Lol
My importance piece i share with others is You have to know your limit.
