Today was the day I set out for my goal…. 30 laps. In my first week I started out with 10 laps and here in the 9th week I have finished with 30 and I am very proud of myself. I know my limits and this is enough challenge for me to keep me conditioned mentally and physically. I will continue on with my pool routines and keep up with the 30 laps.
Let me finish by saying this…When you start out your mind makes you think how hard it will be because you have so much ahead of …you to complete but when you start conditioning your mind to think about how you will feel with a sense of accomplishment it makes you get it done!
