You want your LDL levels to be near or below 70mg/d.
Having a lower read of LDL levels could keep you from a high read of your TOTAL cholesterol.
Also, reducing and being mindful in the amount of SATURATED FAT, TRANS FAT, AND CHOLESTEROL, in the choices you eat, could help keep your LDL levels down.
