Full Body Circuit Squat Challenge-Modified

10 reps of each exercise. Minimal rest between each exercise.
Once you’ve completed all 5 exercises, rest 1-2 minutes (longer if needed) then REPEAT!!
Completion of all 5 exercises = 1 round. Goal is 2-3 rounds for a great workout!
