A Registered Dietitian friend shared with me a FRESH fruit bowl I had seen her eating as we were passing by- Normally fruit bowls I see just contain….fruit. But she added a little, and I mean, a little, something to it for extra flavor- Lemon juice and mint leaves. In this bowl she shared, she has strawberries, blueberries and grapes. I think adding a bit of the lemon juice and mint brings out the flavor in the fruit. A few tasters of this bowl said it was tasty!
