FILL ME UP!

If I need a meal that will fill me up and keep me satisfied for a 2-3 hours- This is one of my meals! Very satisfying and delicious. High in fiber, complex carbs, healthy fats and proteins.

  • Sweet Potato with a little butter, salt/pepper and cinnamon
  • Broccoli
  • Sliced up Avacado
  • Chicken breast, which is majority being hid under all the broccoli and avocado- I also use Salmon as my other protein if I have this meal

This meal can be used as lunch or for dinner. I like my food, as you can see, all together…for those who like their foods separated Tupperware with sectioned off portions is another way to go!!
