Pan Seared Salmon over a garden salad with spinach leaves, shredded cheese, white onion, & roma tomatoes. Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing



Italian bread crumb Chicken (found a chicken recipe to make. Coated with smoked papirika, EVO (substituted for mayo), garlic powder, salt/pepper baked at 425 for 25-30min


Another Chicken recipe I looked into…Brown Sugar & Orange Glazed Chicken 1/4 cup Brown Sugar; packed 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard 4 teaspoons Orange Juice 4 teaspoons Olive Oil 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika 4 each Skinless; boneless Chicken Breasts to taste Salt & Pepper -I tossed all in with elbow macaroni, broccoli and roma tomatoes



All produce purchased at a Farmer’s Market… Snap peas, zucchini, squash, roma tomatoes cooked in EVO… Sliced boneless chicken breast… ALL tossed together with Quinoa & Brown rice…
