Thursday workout is complete!
I have committed to my Thursdays being my endurance workouts; 15 laps, 2 laps of dumbbell swim, and 3 min water tread.
On my Tuesday workouts, are more range of motion, flexibility, and strength routines that are shorter bursts.
I planned my days like this to prepare for day of delivery. There will be times I have short intervals during labor, but I will definitely need the endurance. After having my daughter, I kept a mental note of that and realized how much the workouts I did in the pool helped me condition for the big day.
