Last Routine of the Losin’ Program!!

  1. Alternating Curtsy Lunges- Modifiers instead of bending both knees into the lunges, a simple step behindĀ  or slight knee bend will work
  2. Ali Shuffle- Modifiers, Front to back quick steps
  3. Double Jab Presses- No weight or Dumbbells can be used do this exercise
  4. Behind the head Pulsing Squats
  5. Behind the head Around the World Core- Works obliques, abdominals and low back *when leaning forward, do NOT hunch shoulders, try to maintain a “flat”/ straight back- Object is to keep core tight through the motions
