Drop it Low Routine #1
So we are now into the 2nd half of the Losin’ It Program and I have changed things up quite a bit!
We are going to a new routine as you will see below, and during class, use BOSU & Stability balls!!
I shared with the class on Monday, Nov. 28th, that had I not chose Exercise Science and Sports Med as my career, I would have gone into dance/choreography. I LOVE dance. So this time around I wanted to be creative and do fitness moves to songs that que when to change.
