Dinner tonight…Something very simple yet very nutritious and delicious; brown rice seasoned chicken breast (shredded) (salt, pepper, minced garlic, basil) and asparagus. I placed my plate on the table so I could go grab something from the kitchen and my daughter runs over to my plate and grab an asparagus spear!! Lol I cut it up and fed it to her. She must have liked it because she came back multiple times!
