Control Health Tip

Enjoy the holiday everyone!!  With a great holidays such as this, this ask as a great reminder as we go into the new year to have control. It’s very easy to say I’ll just have a one or a little slice, that can turn into a repeat or more…. don’t get caught in that trap! Although our eyes may see something good to eat, that doesn’t necessarily mean that we have to have it.

If you choose to partake in something that isn’t in the best choice that’s OK we can always make it up the next day but still be wise and keep control Otherwise you can Regret it later either by how you feel, and honestly emotionally (Thinking to yourself you should’ve never really eaten it and you didn’t have to)
