If I eat at chipotle I usually go either the all veggie route or add chicken. It all depends on what I feel like. Lol
In this case, I went veggie bowl route, considering this bowel still provides protein, I try to get variety that will fulfill what I need, which is why I chose what you see in this pic. After consumption I know if it was a good idea or a bad idea based on how I feel which goes for any food/meal I eat.
Mixed veggies, pinto and black beans, cheese, guacamole, tomatoes, and corn. I had this for dinner and it all depends on if a workout has been completed and its time to refuel, most chances out of none I can eat the whole bowl. Outside of that reason, half of it is being saved and I will usually save it for lunch.
You can also be creative and make your own chipotle bowl from home!! I have done that before as well and its a great and healthy option as well.
